Firstly you will be provided with your individual login details so you can access our Client Portal which will store all of your documents so you can access them at any time.

Secondly, once you log in to our Client Portal you will find a program defining all of our delivery dates for the requested service.

Thirdly, once the requested documents are produced, we will update your Client Portal.

1. Booklets (which will include all onscreen takeoffs and quantity reports).

3. CostX viewer plus CostX file including all of the above.

1. Excel format of bill of quantities

2. PDF format of bill of quantities

LEVEL 3. Estimations (including all documents defined under Level 1. Quantity Takeoffs plus the followings)
