Never ever the cheaper painter.

While there may always be the temptation to go for the lowest price I certainly would not advise it when it comes to painting contractors. If you go for the cheapest painter mostly there will be no sealer and no EB bonding agent in the paint and the quality of workmanship will be poor. In the long run you will end up paying more as you will have to redo the project sooner.
